Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ClarityShot mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

ClarityShot is a utility tool designed to help developers and users understand software error messages using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

2. AI Disclaimer (Important)

ClarityShot uses Artificial Intelligence to generate explanations.

• Accuracy: AI can make mistakes. Explanations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
• No Professional Advice: The App does not provide professional technical support or legal advice. You should verify any critical information or code suggestions before applying them to your systems.
• Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or system issues resulting from your use of the explanations provided by the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro Subscription: Some features (e.g., Unlimited Explanations, Fix-It Scripts, Offline Mode, Multi-Language Support) require a paid subscription.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The ClarityShot name, logo, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
